Healthcare Mobile Apps
PatientHub is for both peritoneal and hemodialysis patients in the US. Continuous Cycler Peritoneal Dialysis (CCPD) and Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) patients use this app when they dialyze at home. In-Center hemodialysis patients can use it to check labs and communicate with their healthcare team.
PatientHub was developed as Mobile-first. The UI was updated in 2020/2021 with the move to Salesforce Experience cloud, is adaptive across 5 different break points and adheres to Fresenius' global design guide.
myCompanion is for IHD or In-Center hemodialysis patients. This app was developed for the European market.
Many of the illustrations featured in this application were animated.
ProviderHub is a point-of-care (mobile-first) app that addresses the needs that matter most to physicians and advanced practitioners, including 24/7 access to patient records, whether in-center, hospital, office or on the go. Check labs, meds and allergies while creating notes and signing orders. ProviderHub is also responsive and built using Angular.
