Leadership

One of the most crucial jobs of a UX Leader is to evangelize the importance of engaging with the UX team (design and research) at the very beginning of the software development process. â€‹Good design is the result of thorough planning and collaborative teamwork. I've worked with product and business leaders developinig digital products and services for multiple organizations.

Leading By Example

Servant Leadership

Co-created a UX Design Career Ladder (Associate to SVP) that provided clarity and guidance to each team member about their career growth and development within the organization.

It fostered a sense of ownership and empowerment among team members, knowing what is expected at each level and how they can progress in their careers based on their interests and strengths.

Agile

I led a cross-functional team to integrate our UX Design and Research milestones into SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as a crucial step towards ensuring a user-centric approach throughout the development process.

Our goal was to streamline collaboration, enhance the overall product quality, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

worked with stakeholders on Common Language Initiatives to establish a framework to drive new ways of planning digital technology and innovation activity. Explored new ways of deriving UX Metrics as part of overall OKRs, using online tools for actionable and measurable insights throughout all stages of product development life cycle and customer journey. Partnered with product management and business owners on product roadmap development.
